DIRECTOR AND THEATER EDUCATOR
Friederike Karpf is a Theater Creator.
She works as a freelance Director and as a Theater Educator in Switzerland, Ireland, Germany and Austria.
She is a founding member of the theater collectives projekt.vakuum, Papadaya and tender fools.
She is interested in collective working processes, as well as their interplay with socio-politically relevant topics such as Queer Feminism, Post-humanism and Utopian approaches to Political and Social change.
Friederike Karpf holds an MFA in Theater Directing from The Lir Academy, as well as a Bachelor's Degree in Political Sciences and Theater Theory from the University of Zurich and Bern.
She completed a year of Master's studies in Theater Education at the Zurich University of the Arts.
